The Incubator is officially open, even if missing some people ; This is a home office located minutes from GC – on the NJ side, where life is cheaper, and you will be safer from COVID, away from the masses and able to use your vehicle. This is perfect for international students with a private car.

The room is open for month-to-month or to have your name added to the lease (preferable).

Ideally you are pursuing a Graduate Degree at CUNY – students from other schools are welcomed.

This is for you to launch your business, or product, while in the middle of your studies and we are here to help with the basics of an incubator. We will find room for your desk and you can use the internet and printer and you may use the common areas of the incubator of course.

Any questions, please feel free to inquire. Your host is a JPMorgan Alumn, with a background in investment banking and corporate banking. We will not party in the house. We are here to work, but we are very easy going and family oriented. Our mascot is a 10 yo therapy bulldog named Ciccio, to help you navigate the stress of day-to-day work and studies, if needed.

One Office : available to work with or without your Host during business hours.

Host Room + One Room : for incubator, you (or if you are bringing +1 another student would share that space. Co-Ed is okay, no couples.)

One Kitchen : basics okay, vegetarian or vegan. No Animal Cruelty please.

One living space : large and bright, currently offers a 40 LED TV, one PS3, Prime Video + Netflix. A few musical instruments are there, to let go of stress, and etc.

Your host will be home during market hours, trading and following the markets. He will make himself available for business coaching, please feel free to ask for anything. Your host has 20+ years of business experience, with degrees from CUNY in Economics and in Business / Finance and Investments.

Weekends are light, with a special visitor (4yo) who enjoys reading and writing, playing The Tomb of the Mask (he loves that one) and stays from Friday to Sunday.

If you apply please send some info about you and schedule time (when you can come visit?), your financial situation and etc. would apply as per NJ Housing (1 first month + 1.5 deposit for escrow account) since rent is due on the first.
